Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
At Rootreat d.o.o., we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
We currently ship within the European Union (EU). Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times:
• Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected destination and shipping method. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Shipping Limitations
• We currently ship only within the European Union.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
• Rootreat d.o.o. is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the recipient’s country.
Delays or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us. If a package is lost during delivery, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
